As a small boutique with the heart of an independent business, we kindly ask that appointments are reserved for brides who are genuinely ready to find their dress. We have a no-children policy, though babies in arms are always welcome.

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are by booking only. Choose a weekday or weekend appointment — standard or VIP with fizz — pick an available time and pay the booking fee online. You can bring up to 4 guests and try up to 12 dresses.
What is the VIP appointment experience?
Want your appointment to be a magical experience for you and your guests to treasure? The VIP appointment includes a bottle of bubbly on your arrival and a relaxed, unrushed try-on with your own consultant.
What is your cancellation policy?
The booking fee is non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment, please contact us (call 01273 435127 or email hello@wild-flora.co.uk) with at least 72 hours' notice and we'll move it for you.
How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
Up to 4 guests. We have a no-children policy — we love children, but it isn't the best environment for them — though babies in arms are always welcome. Bring the people whose opinion you most value; too many varying opinions can become confusing.
What can I expect from my appointment?
We're here to find your dream dress. Choose one helper to look around the shop and pick 4–5 dresses to start; from there we get a gauge on the styles you're vibing. You can try up to 12 dresses.
How long does an appointment last?
Allow up to 1.5 hours for a bridal appointment. That includes time to clear away refreshments and welcome the next bride.
