Refunds may be refused if an item is returned defective, damaged, or unsaleable upon inspection. Items must be returned in their original packing and in resalable condition.
When we receive your returned package, we will reimburse your original payment method for the purchase price (less shipping).
Your item must to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It must to be in its original packaging
The original shoebox in its original condition must be included with the footwear.
Returns of shoes that are not in their original shoebox or that are damaged beyond repair will be refused and returned.
